NOVEMBER PROMOTIONS: 2 CHILDREN GO FREE WITH A MINIMUM PARTY BOOKING OF 12 CHILDREN

1. Offer valid for November party bookings from 1-30 November 2026. The offer is subject to availability and may vary between locations, please check with your local Flip Out store for applicable offers before booking
2. The promotion applies to new party bookings created between 1–30 November 2026, for parties held within the same period only
3. 2 children go for FREE with a minimum of 12 children! For example, a party of 16 children pays for only 14, a party of 19 children pays only for 17
4. Offer is subject to availability and room capacity
5. Discount will be applied directly by the store
6. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount
7. Flip Out reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

1. All guests and customers must always abide by the instructions of Flip Out Staff; you may be removed from the premises and refused entry in future. Guests and customers removed from the premises will not be entitled to a refund for any unused time.   
2. Flip Out maintains a strict zero tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, customers and other guests. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical aggression, intimidation, harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, deliberate damage to property and failure to comply with reasonable staff instructions or safety requirements. 
3. Flip Out reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in such behavior from the premises, refuse future entry and, where necessary, contact police or local authorities. Guests removed from the premises for breaching this policy will not be entitled to a refund for any unused session time. 
4. At times, when we are at capacity, we can refuse entry to you and ask that you return at another time and preferably book online to avoid disappointment. 
5. If you decide to leave without using up the entire time you have purchased, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused time.
6. Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their booked session. Late arrivals will not receive additional session time, extensions, or refunds for missed time. All sessions conclude at their scheduled finish time unless otherwise approved by management. 
7. Participants are required to wear Flip Out Grip Socks when using any Flip Out Equipment, which can be purchased at your local arena upon arrival. No other brand grip socks will be permitted.   
8. No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for water bottles or if a self-catered package has been booked. Fees may apply for outside food brought into the venue. 
9. If tickets are purchased online and you change your mind, you must inform the arena. A credit may be issued, but this is at the individual arenas discretion. 
10. You acknowledge that security video is used within the public areas of premises of the and consent to this use for security and safety purposes. On occasion, promotional video or photographs may be used by the Service Provider which may include your image whilst being engaged in. 
11. General admission is available in 1-hour or 2-hour sessions. All participants must vacate the activity areas at the conclusion of their allocated session time. 
12. Participants who remain on the equipment's beyond their allocated time will be required to pay the additional admission fee. Additional charges will be based on the arena's current pricing. Flip Out reserves the right to temporarily close, restrict or modify access to attractions or equipment for maintenance, repairs, safety requirements or operational reasons without prior notice. Not all attractions are available at every location. Refunds will not be provided solely due to the temporary unavailability of individual attractions. 
13. All participants and supervising guardians are required to fill out Flip Out’s Waiver prior to using the equipment. You can find our privacy policy on www.FlipOut.com.au regarding your personal information.
14. All children under the age of 18 years of age must have a signed waiver prior to using the equipment. Customers who are under 18 years of age and over 16 years of age MUST have a signed waiver by the parent/guardian. We may most likely call the parent to confirm. All normal rules to safety and behaviour apply, and patrons need to listen to staff instructions or maybe asked to leave without a refund. 
15. One participant under 24 Months Old is complimentary with another full-paying participant for the same session. Additional children under 24 Months Old in the same booking participate at a reduced cost. If no full paying participants are linked to the booking, children under 24 months participate with a full-priced General Admission Ticket. Excludes Flip Out Grip Socks. Supervising Parents MUST have a signed and valid Safety Waiver at the location of purchase. Children must be supervised by Parents or Guardians at all times. Maximum of one complimentary ticket per booking.
16. Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct Flip Out arena, date and session time before completing their booking. All general admission tickets are valid only at the Flip Out location selected at the time of purchase and are not automatically transferable between locations. Refunds will not be provided for bookings made at an incorrect location. Requests to transfer a booking to another Flip Out arena may be considered at management's discretion, subject to availability and approval from the relevant locations. 
17. Flip Out reserves the right to amend pricing, packages, promotions and services at any time without prior notice. All prices are subject to change and may vary between Flip Out locations. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. 
18. Certain activities and areas may have specific age, height, weight or safety restrictions. All participants must comply with displayed signage and staff instructions.
19. Flip Out reserves the right to restrict participation where safety requirements are not met. 
20. All customers must treat Flip Out staff & Management with respect. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, disrespectful behaviour or swearing directed at staff will not be tolerated. Flip Out reserves the right to remove from premises or withdraw services for the remainder of the booking if such behaviour occurs. No refund or compensation will be provided. 

PARTY BOOKINGS

1. Booking Deposit. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your party booking. 
2. Minimum Guest Numbers. Catered party packages are based on a minimum of 10 guests. If fewer than 10 attend, no partial refunds will be provided. 
3. Participation of Children Under 24 Months. Children under 24 months will be charged the standard party rate if they participate in activities. 
4. Food & Beverage Policy. No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for water bottles or if a self-catered package has been booked. Adult platters may be available — please refer to your local arena’s menu. A rubbish removal fee may apply for excessive waste left at self-catered parties. 
5. Final Payment. Full payment must be received by Thursday prior to the weekend of your scheduled party 
6. Punctuality. Please be aware of your booking time. You are not permitted to arrive any more than 15 minutes prior to your session start time. Late arrivals will not be granted additional time. A fee of $50 per 15 minutes applies if guests remain beyond the allocated party time.   
7. Refund Policy. Refunds will not be provided for customer-initiated cancellations, changes of mind, failure to attend, or any unused portion of a party booking. All party deposits are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. Requests to reschedule a party or receive store credit may be considered at Flip Out's discretion, subject to availability and applicable booking conditions. 
8. Conduct. Offensive language or poor behaviour towards Flip Out staff may result in immediate removal of the premises without a refund. Flip Out staff & management are to be treated with respect. 
9. Supervision. All guests under 16 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 
10.  Waivers. All participants must have a valid waiver completed before entering the arena or participating in activities. Participants under 18 must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. No waiver, no jump. Flip Out reserves the right to refuse participation where a valid waiver has not been completed. 
11. Public Holidays. Public holiday rates may apply. Please check with your local arena in advance. 

FLIP OUT NINJAS

Strictly no refunds offered. Make up classes are available within the same term, provided arena is notified that the child will be absent from their usual class by 2 PM. Child must check in before class. Flip Out Grip socks must be worn at all times. If a child is misbehaving, they may be asked to temporarily sit out, no refunds will be given. 

FLIP OUT GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Any unused sessions or value will be forfeited if not used by the stated expiry date. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. If the total of the booking is more than the value of the voucher, immediate payment of the balance will be required at the time of booking. 
2. Flip Out Gift Vouchers are redeemable only for eligible goods and services at the specified Flip Out arena and are not transferable between locations. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 
3. Gift Vouchers are valid for a minimum of three years from the date of purchase, unless a lawful exemption applies. Any unused value remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited. 
4. Only one Gift Voucher may be redeemed per booking. Where the booking total exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking. 

 5 Visit Voucher. Sessions can be used consecutively or for multiple people up to the remaining passes available on the voucher. 

 2 Hours + Socks Bundle. Strictly valid for two consecutive hours of jumping for an individual and one pair of Flip Out Grip Socks.

 1 Hour + Socks Bundle. Strictly valid for one consecutive hour of jumping for an individual and one pair of Flip Out Grip Socks.

 Monetary Value Vouchers. Vouchers are redeemable for jump time only. 

REFUNDS DUE TO TEMPORARY CLOSURE

1. Where a Flip Out arena is required to close temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions, public health orders, emergencies or other events beyond reasonable control, affected customers will be offered the option to reschedule their booking or receive a credit voucher equal to the value of their unused booking. 
2. Credit vouchers will be valid for three years from the date of issue and redeemable at the original booking location.

FLIP-X MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership Fee: $19 per week via automatic direct debit, with a minimum 12-week commitment. Joining Fee: $40, waived for the first 100 eligible sign-ups. * 
2. Daily Admission: One (1) hour of general admission per day, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays, subject to availability. All sessions must be pre-booked online using the member's unique membership number. One complimentary pair of Flip Out Grip Socks upon sign-up and 15% off eligible birthday party bookings. Memberships are only valid at the store of purchase and cannot be transferred to other locations. 
3. Memberships are non-transferable, and unused sessions cannot be accumulated or refunded. Failed direct debits may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is received. Memberships cannot be paused or deferred. Memberships cannot be cancelled during the 12-week minimum term. Cancellation requests after this period must be submitted in writing to the Flip Out arena of purchase. 
4. All members must comply with Flip Out's safety rules, waiver requirements and conditions of entry. 

SCHOOL & VACATION GROUPS

1. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full booking fee. 
2. All participants must wear Flip Out Grip Socks & must have a valid waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian if under 18. 
3. Teachers, educators and group organisers remain responsible for supervising their participants at all times. 
4. Final numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival. Late arrivals will not receive additional session time.
